CommentsHey there, I like your photographer even if you do delete my messages. The pictures from Friday night are really good, especially the one of you at the mic. You have a grammatical error in your bio. Should I point it out or let you look for it? Guess you're too busy, so in the second paragraph it says artist, should say artists, plural. As soon as I finish this book, I want some lessons on web-paging. Have a great week and tell Susan thanks again. fran

I am going to be visiting my parents(Wellford, SC) over Christmas holiday (23rd-29th) and would love to just sit and play some music with you, if you would have the time. My email address is merwint@verizon.net If I don't get an email from you I'll give you a call.

CommentsHello Gene, I recently won an Ebay aution for a 1969 High Point Central High "Pemican". (I collect them.) It appears to have belonged to a Gene Holdway. From the autographed messages written in the book it could have belonged to you??. Several messages refer to a tall fellow and "keep up the guitar pickin". I Googled "Gene Holdway" and that's how I got here. Mighty fine picking and singing! Small world. I do a little pickin' myself. Wayne Lewallen, Charlotte NC, HPHS Class of 1961.

CommentsHello Gene, Wanted to tell you that we are still enjoying our CD. Do you still work for Josten's as a Salesman? With the schedule that I just reviewed I do not see how you have the time. Glad you are enjoying your music so much. I hope that Bill and I can come to the Village Cup when you are in Laurens on the 10th. Bill is having vision problems, macular degeneration in both eyes, damaged optic nerve in left eye. He still plays with the Fleming Mill Boys but several in that band are having health problems. You are a great friend and I still appreciate the times we had together at Josten's so many years ago. God bless you and Susan. Best Regards. Caroline Vines bvines31@prtcnet.com
